The festival features visual arts, hands-on activities, foods, games, a marketplace, group dances, artwork, and discussions. This is a true story about Tibetan Blind children. This is a drama about German blind girl – who fell in love with Tibet and Asian culture. She goes to college and learns that there is no Braille for Tibetan language. So, she invents Tibetan Braille and also writes a Tibet-German/German-Tibet Dictionary. Then she built the 1st Tibetan Blind School for Tibetan Children – brought education to Tibetan blind children. Gave them dignity and self respect.
