TLCS Annual Benefit Dinner

Tibetan Association of Washington’s Language and Culture School’s mission is to help our children stay connected to our history and traditions by learning the language and culture. We have no regular source of income and are a volunteer organization. We depend on our Annual Benefit Dinner as our primary source of income. Please join us for memorable night of dining, cultural performances, bidding and most importantly supporting a great mission. This is a true story about Tibetan Blind children. This is a drama about German blind girl – who fell in love with Tibet and Asian culture. She goes to college and learns that there is no Braille for Tibetan language. So, she invents Tibetan Braille and also writes a Tibet-German/German-Tibet Dictionary. Then she built the 1st Tibetan Blind School for Tibetan Children – brought education to Tibetan blind children. Gave them dignity and self respect.
