Public Talk by Sikyong Dr. Lobsang Sangay to the Tibetan Community Members

We are extremely excited to announce Sikyong Dr. Lobsang Sangay la (President of the Central Tibetan Administration, based in Dharamsala, India) will be visiting Seattle on April 25th to give public talk to our community members and on Sat. April 26th, he will give opening ceremony remarks for the 22nd Annual Tibet Fest at Seattle Center.
