Join us for a screening of the critically acclaimed film, “Bringing Tibet Home” and a conversation with Tenzing Rigdol, a leading Tibetan contemporary artist and founder of STUDIO 59 and Dialogue Artist Residency. He will discuss the launch of an exciting new project, the first residency program for Tibetan contemporary artists living in exile. The event will also include a benefit sale of Rigdol’s artworks to raise funds for the residency. You will remember him from Bringing Tibet Home, the documentary behind his art installation.

Tenzing Rigdol is a contemporary Tibetan artist whose work ranges from painting, sculpture, drawing and collage, to digital, video-installation, performance art and site specific pieces. Rigdol lives between New York and Dharamsala.
